Took the PR to the community college to get her preliminary test scores and enroll her in the GED program there.  The scores are where I thought they would be 2nd and 3rd grade.  She'll be going to a satellite location about 7/10 of a mile from us.  Then took her to buy her supplies.

Went to SF today with my friend to get his Visa at the Chinese Consulate. Left anything that could cause legal troubles at home and when I put my Leatherman WaveR multi tool in the bin at the metal detector the fucking guards wouldn't let me in.  :finger: So I went outside to wait for my friend and read the literature that the Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) protestors had outside the Consulate. Then walked back to the waterfront and got the next Ferry to Vallejo. The walk from the Ferry bldg to the Consulate was 3.02 miles each way, so got a little exercise.  :thumbup:

Lots yet again
Went to two supply houses and paid my bills
Went shopping and got restoration supplies, oil and filter for the van, office supplies
Made a working vise out of two broken ones
Put away work equipment
Trimmed the grass where it can't be mowed after fixing the trimmer
Organized
Worked on restoring some old wood planes and a nice oak machinist chest that had been in a flood

Made chop suey and added last night's leftover of pork in sweat/sour sauce (take away Chinese). Nice.
Also made a new leg under an antique cupboard that was broken. Done other thing but..

well, I almost got into a fist fight with some girl that said i owed her 5$. I was about to go apeshit on her. She is lucky her "memory" came back and she remembered I didnt owe her shit.

Saw Raiders of the Lost Ark at the National Archives Film Preservation Theatre where my sister works last night. Awesome seeing it on the big screen.
