What have you done today?

Went to the graduation of a friend of the PR who is the daughter of my BF.  Then to a graduation lunch where I had an awesome hamburger with alfalfa sprouts, red onion and blue cheese.  Just the right balance of ingredients.

  Did they give you any burgers to bring home for me yourself?  

Alas, no.  I brought home some french fries/crisps/chips that I'll make into a farmer's omelet on Friday (maybe).

 What goes into a farmer's omelet besides French Fries?  

Fry up some potatoes (diced or strips).  Fry some meat (usually ham, sausage or bacon) and onions.  Add the cooked potatoes to the cooked ham and add any veggies you'd like.  Beat some eggs (enough to cover the mix in the fry pan) with some parsley and garlic.  Add the beaten eggs to the mix in the fry pan and sprinkle cheese on top.  You can either take a plate and slip the omelet into in and flip it back into the fry pan or put the fry pan under the broiler.  Cut into wedges and serve with a green salad.  It's a really flexible recipe because you can use leftove spaghetti, hamburger meat, whatever veggies you have, etc.

I just finished making my daughter's dress that's the same as the doll's dress I finished a few days ago.

It's denim embroidered with twin cherries and my daughter picked out twin cherry buttons to go with it.  It turned out really cute.  I have a hat cut out as well, but she refused to wear the last hat I made for her, so I'm not bothering sewing this one yet.  If it looks like she will go somewhere a hat will be useful, I'll go ahead and sew it together then.  Otherwise, I'll do it when I have some free time.

Proofed a legal document for a client. Held an online presentation. Went to a shooting range and tried firearms for the first time in my life. Had a bite to eat with some mates from work.

Went to the ER because I had difficulty breathing and the asthma spray didn't do a thing. Turns out I have an inflammation of the airways and need penicillin and another type of asthma spray.

Drove daughter to the bf and shopped some groceries afterwards.

I like that it fixed me, but I agree that it's a harsh drug.
