Can a regent be charged with murdering one of the Royal family?

Spent some time finishing the install of my new laptop, then did some actual work.

Had CBT, earlier. My last time, for now. I will have a lastest session in August, but she said I now know how to handle my OCD.

Is handling your OCD going well?

Today I went to autism group and we played Pictionary on whiteboards. I didn't have a go though, I can't draw very well. But I guessed a fair few drawings by others right.

My voice has sort of come back. Hope it is better tomorrow.

My dog got lost for 2 hours yesterday while mum was walking her at a park.  She'd gone through a hole in the fence separating the park from the railway, and a couple of tractors started cutting the grass in the park, so she couldn't hear mum calling for her, and mum couldn't hear her barking.

I'm glad she's back OK.  Waggy is a sweetheart.

I'm drinking coffee that I made yesterday. It's too early for me to have done much else.  :zoinks:

Yes, very well, all things considered. New things keep popping up but I'm getting better at knowing what the signs are and how to fight them.  I think CBT is awesome.

I'm no ready to get off the meds, though, and I don't know if I ever can.

Coming off my OCD meds last year has fucked me up a bit tbh - I now have an "extra" OCD, not as bad as the shower stuff, but more annoying as it's there literally all the goddamn time and has me doing really stupid shit

much worse than before I went on the meds, but the meds did help a lot when I was on them

(clomipromine)

Nowt wrong with having to stay on the meds if they do the job btw.  As long as you can control it and you're alright with it, it doesn't matter how you manage it, meds or otherwise

Bought a second hand mountain bike today and rode on the thing for about an hour. Basically the ride back to home but I also
rode through the old village centre of Tholen (village I bought the bike) and I ate an herring (with onion) on a bun, a Dutch thing I reckon, in the harbour there.

Well, it's a good bike and I had the idea I wasn't in shape at all but must say it could've been worst. I'll try to post some photos of it later on.

Oh, done some other things and some shopping as well. Simple errands that is. Blahiah.
