Yup. That's considered one of the finest sandwiches here in Sweden.  :thumbup:

The potato pieces in Swedish potato salad are pretty small, less than a cubic centimeter.

Oh, OK.  I was picturing the potato salad that I make, which has bite-sized chunks of potato and sliced boiled egg.

I would put mayonnaise and spinach or green leaf lettuce on my roast beef sandwich and eat my potato salad as a side dish.

Mrs. Drake's sandwiches (now gone from this earth) used to make a luncheon meat and potato salad on white bread sandwich for sale at the convenience stores.  It was more than a bit decent and quite cheap.  At some of the poboy shops you can get a French Fry poboy - thick french fries on french bread with roast beef gravy, dressed (lettuce and tomato.)  It's saved many a hungry student and broke working man.

I never heard of or tried French fry poboys, but I loved dressed roast beef poboys.

Cleaned off the carport, went to a rummage sale (bought books), boiled 10 lbs of chicken.  Will debone them and put the meat in the freezer when they cool off.

I'm going to visit friends even though I don't feel like socializing. OTOH Stu does make good hot wings. I am going to pick up an order of egg rolls a nd chicken chow mein on the way.

Finished building my fence, erected a lattice wall, cleaned up all the dog shit from the half of the yard for my son plays in, scooped all the litter, trimmed the hedges, raked up all the leaves from the front yard, repainted the house trim then grilled Cheddar Brats, fingerling potatoes, asparagus and naan for dinner.  Cleaned up after that, bathed the boy, put him down for bed and am now relaxing on the back porch with a rum & coke and my netbook.
