I thought I had a hiatal hernia, since I have had stomach acid reflux for almost a year, but it looked OK. I might have a very small irritation of the mucus in the stomach but no hernia.

Is the reflux being treated? That could cause you long-term problems.  ???

I take Omeprazol for it, but it doesn't help to 100%.

Do you avoid certain foods that trigger it? Dietary restrictions are no fun, but they might help.  ???

Oh, I should stop drinking coffee, for instance, but I've been drinking coffee since 1979.  :-\

Took a bunch of pictures of myself acting like a tard.  The fun never stops at the Binty household.

Done close to nothing today. Um, I was suppose to continue painting but the weather wasn't well to do so. Well, got some groceries and made some dinner. (that's something)

I don't know how I could manage to stop drinking coffee.

Fuck that you only live once

Today I worked in New Haven on a three family house in a shitty neighborhood.  Came home and made a removable wall in my trailer to keep materials from falling over when I drive

On the Autobahn you can drive as fast as you want on more than half of the routes. No speed-limit is a thing of  :viking:-ery.

Writing emails, making phonecalls, doing dishes, taking care of girls, and some chatting.

Oh, filled washing machine too. Should not forget to turn it on soon.

Yes I am. The Autobahn south of Berlin is very good and very straight north of Dresden so I'll certainly test the car.
