Chased a rabbit around the house in the cold. She thought today was a good day for extracurricular activities.

Had she been watching Christmas cooking programs?

I'm assuming you were chasing her outdoors.  It could have been worse.  You could have been chasing her in the nude. :zombiefuck:

Somehow I don't find that very comforting.

Well, the cat thought it was marvelous.

Now I have also washed the car, bought petrol, went and got some money out of the bank, bought a pie for lunch and picked up my mail at the delivery centre. The mail turned out to be my new Irlen lenses. They did say I would get them before Christmas and they were right. :)

Finished buying a few last minute gifts, laundry, cooked a nice Christmas Eve dinner:  Steak, potatoes and salad.

Baked, sour cream, butter and chives.  The ambulance is on notice for the potential heart attacks.  Dessert was homemade cookies from a friend of Prince Albert's: pecan tarts, wedding cookies, rockie road fudge, Italian fig cookies, coconut cakey type cookies and brownies.  That sound are my stays deciding they don't want to stay.

Today I went to my sister's for Christmas lunch. I ate a lot of salad and cake (not together), then I came home to feed the cat and keep him company. He has just got on top of the bookcase to have a nap there.

Dressed and b'fast at IHOP.  Prince Albert had eggs benedict, hash browns and coffee.  The Princess Royal had a spinach, cheddar cheese and sausage omelet, pancakes and a Dr. Pepper.  I had a spinach and swiss cheese omelet, pancakes and coffee.  Brought home enough omelet and pancake for b'fast tomorrow.

Walked with my mum through ice-rink conditions this morning to get to my sister's place and gave an old laptop and some games to my nephew, walked back through slightly less slippery conditions a couple of hours later, opened presents, ate dinner, reunited someone with a mobile phone that I'd found lying in the street on the way to my sister's place and examined a leaking aquarium and diagnosed it with a cracked bottom panel.
