How can a shower be hard?

I haven't done anything except get up, have breakfast and a shower. Now there is a cat sleeping next to me on the bed. :)

I have no energy because I;ve just been staying in bed and not moving much. also not eating much
Had to sit down in the showe to rest . although I do that quite a lot when I'm knackered
Today was particularly hard tho. my throat was hurting when I got out

Do you have long showers? I have short ones because my ADHD kicks in and I get bored really quick.

I wanted to stay in bed today all day but I needed to pee so I got out. I am sure you needed to know this lol

My showers are about 15 mins I think.

I have a really strict routine I have to do when I';m in there, so I don't get bored. It's weird. I kinda switch off and onto some strange shower mode
