Camping labor day weekend in hoosier national forest. :headbang2:

I *might* look forward to camping if it were in a fully equipped luxury cabin!  :zoinks:

Lady Weeble I will let you come to Balmoral with me this Fall.   :2thumbsup:

In fact I am inviting all my Intense subjects as well.

Oh your Majesty, can we all have separate rooms to stay in too?

(I would love a room with a nifty door to the room next to it if that were possible, or a garden house, if you had one spare)

I believe that could be arranged, but "No patty fingers if you please."

What are patty fingers?  :blonde:

With about an hour and a half left in the workday we had an evacuation because of a small fire from a valve in the H2 Unit. So we had to walk about 1.3 miles to the evac area and our mild Summer is over for now because it was 105 F in Benicia today.  :thumbdn: On the positive side we got an hour of double time today.

Was there any damage to the facility?  :orly:

Drove to a car dealer to inspect a used Jag S-Type. Not bad but there are things they have to fix with that car if I am to buy it.

Going back there on Saturday to test drive it.

Arranged to our daughter's medical records sent to us so she can go to another doctor.
Bought a birthday present for a party she's going to on Saturday.
Bought groceries and small items for the house.

Went to school with my oldest, to get the books she'll need coming year.
Spotted the other ASD in her class. Had a talk with the mother of the other one. Talking about the problems around getting support arranged.

Got home, chatted a bit, had lunch with the girls.

Did my rounds, came back tired and stiff and feeling old.

Had a chat, after falling asleep.

And in the evening, after a quick meal, went of with the youngest, to pick out new wallpaper for her room.

Watched House with the oldest, and checked the books we got on torn pages and such.

I know you'll get it done before the first winter winds blow.

I will it;s only replacing an oil line.  Once we didn't have heat till Nov 1 because of the addition we were doing and it had been down into the 20's in Oct

My younger sister has been "restoring" a 1920's 2 story upper-class house since 2003.  She still has no functioning kitchen, only 1 of the 2 central air conditioners work, no bathtub (only a sink and toilet), no washer or dryer, and only recently got the inside plumbing leak fixed from a brutal freeze in January.  When we were younger we spent 2 winters and 1 summer with out air or heat because we couldn't afford to get the units fixed.
