I did lots of shopping...for clothes, household supplies and FOOD! And I bought two sets of new :headphones:---one sets with enormous earpieces that I hoped would deliver great sound quality, like a similar pair I inherited from a friend's 1970s stereo system, and one pair of the same Sony phones I was using before, just in case the new ones disappointed me. WELL, the big new phones deliver a tiny little sound, even at maximum volume! So :plus: to me for buying the backup pair, which is working fine!

Oh yeah, I spoke up. They want me to change things, but fall back into their bad habits. Will be interesting to see what comes out of my 'feedback' to them.
