paid bills, wrote some overdue emails, tidied a bit, worked, chatted, had dinner with the girls. Watched a movie with the ladies, made a phonecall. That's about it I think.

I have taken my meds and am eating breakfast (a new habit, to fuel up when I need to so I don't undereat all day and then eat fatty foods late at night). :asthing:

walked into town to check out a new park for taking the dog
walked back
went to my nan's
took the dog to get a hair cut
went quality save and got some sweets
went home and went for a walk

Went to town and got an awesome bacon cheese burger & onion rings. Came home and planted pretty much all the shrubs out front.

I worked from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., then bought a trunkload of groceries, came home in a cab, put the food away, and took a long nap! :thumbup:
