Played some Beatles Rock Band, Reconditioned our old printer for the kids, rebooted my computer (it's on all the time), and showered the little kids.

I'll look for the thread after work, perhaps.

They wouldn't make sense to anyone, though. What I love most about them is that they have my full attention, unlike waking life, much of which I tune out. When I'm in a dream, I'm fully engaged!

My late-morning dream included a full-sized lion and an equally-large bear, who were napping on the concrete patio out the back, just outside the sliding doors. The bear woke up a bit and began to groom the lion, then they both edged closer to the wall of the house so as not to be lying in direct sunlight. The lady of the house was a little concerned that they might wander inside if the sliding doors were left open. She had a houseful of visitors, including several young children, who were there for a funeral reception.

A lot of my dreams take place in houses with multiple storeys and large numbers of rooms. It makes for some interesting transitions.  :o

I worked, became annoyed :headexplode: with an arrogant person, forgot my annoyance as I worked some more. Home now, very content.  :)

Fixed an electric fire that mum likes for it's flame effect and glow.  Also familiarised myself with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and beat it over the head until it started playing nice with CUDA.

CUDA is Nvidia's proprietary GPGPU architecture.  It uses a modified form of C that gets compiled separately from the rest of the C/C++ code, and getting it to compile in Visual Studio and enabling things like syntax highlighting and auto-completion requires some  tinkering with environment variables, project settings, configuration files and the Windows registry.
