You're like a bear who's getting ready to hybernate  :P

They sort of worked but it was ages before I actually fell asleep, I just felt stoned and weird.

Played police agent, between my girls. One sick and wanting to be left alone, but downstairs, the other wanting to fuss over her, and clearly not too fit, on the brink of a meltdown several times.
Very glad they are in bed.

Got food in the house for a couple of days.

Also cancelled my appointment with a job coach tomorrow, because of the illness of my oldest.

Just my daily things. And best part of the day, falling asleep on the couch, till my youngest wanted my attention. The little ladies had messed up my night big time. So that nap was very welcome.

Worked. Jumped in as a temp projectionist in a cinema, as a favour to a friend.

Sealed a shower cubicle for a friend of my mum.  Some previous guy had made a complete mess of it, with big knobbly gobs of sealant in the corners and holes that let the water run into the walls and under the door, so I scraped it all away and resealed it.  Mum's partner came along and did his best to get on my nerves; he kept getting in my way, fiddled with things I'd rather he'd left alone, stared at me while I worked because he was bored and, by far the worst, incessantly hummed under his breath until I was about ready to strangle him.

Grinding away at my t-shirt design business. I'm making stock for fall and winter. It's not easy being a 21-year-old entrepreneur but my shirts do sell.

Visited the old folks home. I visit this lonely old man every Wednesday. His family is not contacting with him becuase they live across the country. I suspect elder abuse.
I believe their living their wonderful lives off of his misery and hard-earned money. I hate it when people dump their old folks in homes and take their money. It happens all the time.

He also complained about how tired he was after the ordeal, while mum cooked for him.

I don't know how you handle it Peter, the guy sounds like a real piece of shit.
