Sorted a box old old miscellaneous screws, nuts and bolts taking all the brass ones out

Worked my arse off!!


... but tomorrow, I go back to the doctor and, hopefully, he will release me from his care after my fractured arm.

I don't intend to tell him that I lifted one end of a half ton set of shelving, yesterday (I probably dead-lifted around three hundred plus pounds from my mid thigh to my ribcage - not that much, really), until he says I'm fine. I AM fine and it did not hurt, btw.

I AM healed!

I was worried a couple of weeks ago, but all is well! I' am still hesitating to hit the bag, because I use quite a bit of force sometimes. I will wait a couple more weeks before I do more than kick.

Looked at a forty thousand square foot industrial building they want to turn into an indoor soccer school for kids.   What a dump it will cost at least 2 million to do it

What a waste of time to learn topography of a country when there is nothing told about that country.
Useless information, because it has no connection to anything but this piece of paper.
Why not tell something about the history and geographical settings of places and rivers?
Just dead spots and lines on a piece of paper are so boring. And will be forgotten in two weeks.
