Nah, a nasty virus. I'm bunged up still and aching like a bastard, but I seem to be getting better now.
The SAD lamp is working out, which is great. I can live without another winter of misery.  :headbang2:

I made one which is filtered to 6600K, two thousand watts. (I own several Kelvin scale light meters to ensure this, from my old job.) I lose about six hundred watts or two thirds of a stop (or I could flip the scale over and do candle power if you prefer), due to the filtering, though.

I'm not sure how much it actually helps, but it distracts me, which, in itself, can be helpful.

oh, is that why?  grinding my teeth is one of my major stims, and i find it difficult to breathe at night.

Watched 'The Day the World Stood Still (Pretty mediocre) and a few episodes of the IT Crowd. Picked up a little weed for Xmas. Send a birthday text to a girl I know in Rome.

I grind my teeth a lot, especially while dreaming (I've been told by many), but I do it as a semi-constant stim, also.

I don't have any problems with my sinuses, outside of a slight allergic reaction to mold spores (I refuse to accept that allergies could be the result of teeth grinding) and a little adjustment necessary after rapid changes in barometric pressure. Actually, I am fairly sensitive to pressure, in general. An enclosed room with an air conditioning vent can create enough pressure to require some adjustments for sinus comfort.
