I've mostly felt too shite to motivate myself to do anything.  That's my self-deluding excuse and I'm sticking to it.  Still a bit depressed about it though.

I know how you feel, been there, done/felt that.  I just work my way thru it one step at a time.  We can't be "Intense" 24/7/365.  You'll get on another roll soon.  Your too irrepressible to stay down long! ;)

I talked my mom out of her glasses, sneaked her watch off her, picked her up and threw her into the pool with her clothes on. Yeah, she's seventy years old and was quite shocked, but she had fun with the kids, kicking around in the pool. Her fancy hairdo was shot, but once her ass was wet, she had a blast!

(It's not a real pool. It's a twelve foot by forty two inch vinyl, above-ground jobbie that the kids love.)
