Richard v. Schleed is the only possibility, and probably one he will take.

Schleed won't bother calling out Ricky, Lestat wouldn't dare call me out, and I have no interest in calling out Lestat as he hasn't offended me personally or made some kind of general indefensible statement.  It's more fun to snipe at him as his forgetfulness and general sluggishness is amusing.

There is still an active call-out between us.  Rather than engage he ran away.  I don't suspect that he will suddenly grow a pair now that he is back.
