Yeah, one thing I have noticed about American politics is how religion is such a large part of it. It is almost absent from Australia's politics.

I think anyone who takes almost any regular medication except for birth control pills wouldn't be allowed to serve in the military.  I'm not sure what the logic is but maybe it could have something to do with what if the person was captured and no longer had access to their medication, what would happen to them?

No. it's because they view it as a mental illness which leaves them unfit to serve

I'm taking door #3 because I cannot stand behind either party. Obama failed to deliver on healthcare after he and half his party were presumably bought by the Insurance Industry. As for Romney, i'll be damned if i'm going to cast a vote that would let Mormon power brokers in Utah run this country.

Congress was "partially at fault" for not passing something only they could pass?  When you look at how difficult it was to get anything passed at all, I give him an A for doing what he did.

You are forgetting the power of veto. Why sign a bill into law that you know is not going to really change anything?
