A guy did that in another dorm when I was in college and blew out the pipes in the wall.  It was two days before they had the bathrooms fixed they expelled the guy who did it.

I think the shockwave first goes down into the pipe and than "recoils" back up and blows the toilet into thousands of pieces  :laugh:
