the real name for it is simply "Maille" meaning braid or chain if i am correct. some stupid author coined the improper term chainmaille later.

im pretty sure my maille wire has arived here. the tracking number for the shipping no longer works so either there system is fucked or they disabled the number because it no longer needs to be used.
