I was awakened frequently by an itchy throat and coughing from sinuses.  Sipped a lot of water.

I slept better last night...I think.

I feel like I haven't slept, that "been awake for two days" feeling....But I did sleep, for about 10hrs even...

Very poorly it was hot and I have been busy took all I could muster to stay awake for the ride home from work at 7 and by the time I got home I had gotten my second wind and was up most of the night

I didn't sleep at all, for almost all of the night. I might have fallen asleep, after I more or less saturated the surroundings with lavender oil. Woke very early though, when I eventually did get to sleep, I only managed a few hours.
