This allows them to do there job without fear or threat or reprisal from either side. In making judicial or jury decisions and how they effect either side in the end.

It looks Democrats like they will control House or Congress not the Senate but May come very close in the Senate though.

Looks like Referred Law 6 is defeated in South Dakota the anti Abortion Law.

Constitional Amendment E is to keep it as is. ;D

Constitional Amendment C will limit to marriage to union between a man and woman only. :(

Intiated Measure 7 to keep Video Lottery. ;D

They have won at least +8 in the House of Representatives may let maybe win the U.S. Senate to can they win the Senate too.

Frankly I hope that dems and repubs cancel each other out to a great extent. I get the feeling I won't like a democratic agenda but I don't like the Bush agenda either.

I have to agree with a couple exceptions. Dems are pro-stem-cell research and pro-abortion-rights. Both of which I support. The just better keep their grubby fucking hands off my guns!!  :tooledup:
