It's roasting at the moment. Some of the roof looks like its made out of clear plastic. Im the goalkeeper, and it was like spending 2 hours standing in a greenhouse Really not fun, especially when I turned up in my huge, thick goalkeepers top At times, I thought I would either faint, or puke Even now, I think Im still dehydrated, and cant stop drinking. Do you drink just plain water? Try some Gatorade to restore electrolyte balance!

I think its probably similar to Gatorade. Dont think Ive ever tried Gatorade.
The two aren't alike. Lucozade is NOT suitable for electrolyte replacement. Just tastes good. But there aren't the required salts needed in there to combat dehydration due to great exertion.
