My work and the surrounding area was out of power yesterday, but I was traveling so I didn't get Administrative Leave.

Back on I have power and cable.  The end of my road was a mess they worked on it for two days straight and seem to be still wrapping up down there.  If it had not been so close to my house it would have been much quicker as we are very close to the hospital but they cut the power just before my road.  Still parts of town are out by the beach it's a real mess have some photos to post later

glad you're back on the grid. i flew out of ny yesterday and the airport was nearly empty by comparison with other times. even the flight to orlando had empty seats which is totally unusual for just before labor day.
near my mom's house they are still chopping and shredding and they haven't touched the mudslides at all.
