As always, shitty! Knee aches following surgery #8, back is really sore, and gut is less than ideal. But I just keep pushing forward.

My tummy, for some unknown reason, is upset this afternoon. I'm eating some sunflower seeds now.. in the hope the magnesium in said seeds (they're relatively high in magnesium) will help a tadski.

Intermittent tooth twinge for the past month or so.  Hope to hold off until Sept when my regular dentist visit comes.  My teeth feel like they need to be brushed.

I honestly feel like the KING SHIT of all cool dads!!

We have been home about an hour now and my daughter is sound asleep already.

We went to the Heart/Jason Bonham concert tonight!! I took my daughter to her first rock concert. She had an expression of amazement at first, then she REALLY got into it!!

It was a fucking awesome outdoor, under the stars concert and we sat on the grass and just LIVED TOGETHER!!

Yes. I had seen Heart four times  in the seventies and eighties as a random concert goer.

Actually worked with them (I used to own a sound company, if you know what that means) across a promotional tour including many bands for one show in '82.   

I had never before seen Jason Bonham live, though. (He is not aging well, bless him! but he still ROXXORS!!).  I have listened to his music since the first day I heard his name, however.

High on life?  Why NOT!!  Shit, life is all we will ever have!!
