^True....Too much water will wash out nutrients faster than your body can compensate, and you have to go to the hospital so they can get you back in balance.

I tend to enjoy period dramas (charles dickens stuff), scifi (like star trek), superheroes (like X-men), i would say fantasy like werewolf, but those movies have been taken over by this horrible teen-industry.... but yeah. stuff like that.


Btw, I would watch django...but not free. I need movies I can find online.

Oddly sad.  Our next-door neighbor since June 15, 1990 passed away 3 July.  She was a little younger than us, single, and very reserved.  I don't suppose PA and I spoke more than 100 words to her in those 23 years. 

She discarded a lot of things that were better than our stuff.  I went through the last of her trash today.  I will miss Marcie, not only because of her discards, but because she was a damn good neighbor.

I am getting a cold. Day two and it is only very slowly taking hold. The throat and noses and headache.
Ironically I have been on a health food kick and no coke or grog and plenty of water....now it comes.

How am I feeling?
I don't know. I am happy. But there's this weird undertone which makes me think that something is bothering I just haven't gotten to the point where I can articulate it yet. I think I will go to the park and read, that will make me feel better.

Try irrigating your sinuses regularly with boiled water, with a hypertonic level of salt dissolved in it grumpy. Makes it difficult, IIRC, for the virus to enter cells.
