Overstimulated, cranky and agitated.  Thank god I am now home alone!    :GA:

Now, now.  Put your tootsies up and here's a nice and some

What's with the leek?

They're cakes traditionally made for St. David's day since he is the patron saint of Wales, thus the leeks, which are also traditionally Welsh.

Interesting... :apondering:

Is the daffodil symbolic too?
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Geez, the things I have to Google to make you people think I'm smart!

Wales is primarily represented by the symbol of the red Welsh Dragon, but other national emblems include the leek and daffodil. The Welsh words for leeks (cennin) and daffodils (cennin Pedr, lit. "(Saint) Peter's Leeks") are closely related and it is likely that one of the symbols came to be used due to a misunderstanding for the other one, though it is less clear which came first.

NO, nothing else in the picture has any particlar ties to Wales.

Cautiously happy, because it's almost the end of the holiday weekend working with the boss.

nauseous, crappy, with swollen glands.

And in dire, dire need of solitude.

antibiotic upsetting your stomach flora and fauna?

Feels different than that. More like a virus or so. Or a reaction on a week where I went beyond my comfort zone way too much and way too far every day.
So far I am not having intestine problems because of the antibiotic yet. Normally that happens within a few days of taking antibiotics.

Almost definitely a bug. Oldest has been sent home from school, because of similar symptoms, but stronger. On her way back, she has been feeding the daisies.

Glad that it is a bug, I love my painless face.

Having taken a stumble in the kitchen, my left knee cap is already  bruising, while my left wrist, elbow and shoulder are letting me know they want they're share of attention.  I've already taken the arthritis med and added a pain pill.  Will probably have a few fancy biscuits to medicate my bruised emotions.

You should get some wrestling mats and put them on the floors. That way, if you ever fall again, it won't do so much damage. I hope your emotions recovered quickly.
