Much, much better than yesterday.  Took nighttime medicines at 3:30 in the afternoon and slept through to 6:30 in the morning.  That's 15 hours of sleep for anyone who can't do clock math.  Got up, took my Sunday pill, stayed up for 1/2 hour, as it says, went back to sleep until 8:45.  Another hour or so.

Had a wonderful b'fast at the diner.  Did some decluttering and made some personal decisions that will liberate and pamper me (not getting rid of PA kind of liberation).

All in all, feeling positive about today.
