Need to put the kid on the bus in a bit, just so I can pick him up at noon. Half a day today and then the holiday vacation officially begins.

A tadsi restless. I've promised to make dinner December 26th for 'me' mum, sister, bil and their 3 kiddos. Not all the way sure what to prepared that day, still.. and ja, what to purchase for it.

Well, was thinking (mild) fish soup to start with and for the main dish some potatoes (roseval/red skinned variety) out of the oven, roulade of beef and two, somewhat posh, veggies. Dessert? Ice cream?

What to make for Florienne (of 4)? Pasta dish?

Well, still have p/m 4 days to come up with something..

and other than that.. Iz feel okay.
