Groggy and in a lot of pain. Very stiff and not in the good morning wood kinda way. Annoyed that the two little minions won't stop fighting, making it impossible to rest.

I feel quite a tadski better than I did the previous two days. Eating good food makes quite a difference with me. Preparing it also helps here (with nice music in the background).

No, I don't think so. I keep it clean. It just on a lousy spot on my hand (on the inside of my right hand). Almost everything I try to do with the hand.. it reminds me it's there.
