Feeling pissed off at my fucking 12-yo boss. Again. My unconscious has been working throughout the night. Again.

Is it the anger that keeps your brain percolating through the night?  :apondering:

Figuratively. He is an inexperienced kid, fresh out of some Americanised consulting firm, with zero people skills and very little brain to compensate with.

What aspects of his Americanized training are most annoying?  :orly:

Why aren't you the boss?

Nobody asked me. :P

Yes. And every time I manage to calm down, he comes up with new ways to piss me off.

What aspects of his Americanized training are most annoying?  :orly:

The implied hierarchies, meaning that since he is the boss, he can interrupt anyone who is not. The micro-management. The Powerpoint slides for every occasion. The assumption that since he is fine with a working lunch, everyone else must be, too. The 'merican phrases he uses to appear more cultivated (he sucks at languages).

Etc.

Add to the above the fact that he is incompetent and insecure.

And a tragic accident.

Preferably one of those accidents that happen to overconfident young boys, with more testosterone than they can handle.

Maybe getting him interested in fireworks is a good idea.
