Pained and demoralised. Tried to be more active this week, walking a couple of miles a day and I went to the gym once. Arthritis is a bitch though and now there's loads of swelling and blood under my skin. I hope it'll go away :/ Didn't even know that was possible.

That sounds awful!  Do you bleed into your joints?  ???

Apparently so CBC. Never happened before, but I have felt my knees getting a lot worse of late. I don't really have any info on my arthritis or any specialist looking after me, I was just told by my surgeon that I have it as a result of my op and I'd have to get over it. I'm pretty confused and scared right now.

What is "bleeding into joints" anyway? :cbc:

It is something that I have heard of, bleeding that causes joint swelling,
though you would need to see a doctor about it.  When you said you had blood and
swelling under your skin I thought you might mean your knees were swelling.

*kicks the ass of that surgeon who told Crip she would "have to get over it"  >:( *

Oh, right! Sorry :P

Yeah knees are swollen but this morning thankfully it's just a cluster of red dots under my skin now in one part of my right knee. So I guess it's sorting itself out :P
Sorry for worrying you, it was a lot worse last night and well, I didn't know anything.
I'm gonna risk it and go to the gym today and then I have physio on Thursday and I'll raise the topic there.

Thank you once again m'dear

You are welcome!  Take it easy at the gym and insist upon answers at physio!

Make me laugh so hard I drool. I get a real high laughing. I used to be addicted to joke sites but they kept giving my computer viruses.

Do you have security software?  Mine blocks dodgy sites and warns me!  :police:
