 dentist's office till the novocaine has worn off so I have a better idea of how the new work

I will have to go back to have it refined.  And to get the PR's tooth repaired.  She chipped a front tooth last night eating a french fries.  Never trust a french fry or a french man. lol

i think it may be from coming off my meds. i wish i knew, as I need to go back on them pretty badly if this isn't temporary

my friend is coming to stay for a few days tho, maybe that will help. i'm goin to meet him at the station later

no i came off them quite graually over a few weeks (at least two or three anyway). and have now been off them completely for about two weeks or so. I just wish I knew whether this was temporary or not, as that would help me deal with it if I knew itv wouldnt last

mentally. i've had physical symptoms too and still have a bit, but nothing really bad, just annoying. it's the mental stuff i am finding very diffficult
