Well I only had one person in mind for the "Evemn if it's when referring to you to other people while you're not there, it still sucks." But beyond that, most people I know only know Kayleigh. I mean they know I'm trans and that I "used to be male", but they've only ever known Kayleigh.

I think that makes it a lot easier. If people are introduced to you as the gender you are and get to know you with the right name, then theyre gonna find it much easier to just think of you as you are, rather than your old name etc. I guess I am very lucky in that the people whose choices (about my name/pronouns) matter to me are all being really great about it, and actually finding it much easier than I'd thought (with the exception of my nana who is TERRBLE with remembering names anyway :laugh: but she puts the effort in, which is what matters

Also you gotta think, if someone deliberately calls you by your wrong name etc, do you really care what that person thinks? I'd say try not to let it botheer you, as long as the people who matter are getting it right (or trying to at least)

if theres bees in the trap im catching them, by the thorax and abdomen. and sanding there stingers down to a rough quill. then i dip em in ink and i scribble a bit, and if the wriggle than i tickle them until they hold still, let me say it again, in my land of pretend, i use bees as a mother fucking pen!
