Worried.

Why are you worried?

Daniel. An old surgery he had is acting up, apparently.

Lighter and more comfortable, having lost (I'm guessing) 10-12 pounds recently.
That's good but you need a scale to be sure.

Yes I do, but I am not in a hurry to get one, I can tell by the way my clothes fit.  8)

Instead of using scales, you could use a measuring tape, to measure your waistline.

A waist measuring 88 cm or less for a woman is a healthy waistline. For men the threshold is 102 cm.

According to some this is much more accurate than weight or BMI.

It is something you can measure at home. A measuring tape doesn't cost that much, and doesn't take up much space either.

Just the wee bit hungry, which is good since I'm trying not to overeat.  I want my knee surgery this year, and my health, and my money (from not eatiang out so much.)

What's wrong with your knee and is it the left or right one?

I am double jointed in my fingers and knees to a noticeable extent, less so in my hips and elbows.  Being super active (ADHD) as a child put a lot of unnecessary stress on my joints.

I need to have the left one operated on due to osteoarthritis.  I also have flat feet, but wearing men's jogging shoes has helped keep that pain and the need for surgery away.

Like a leprechaun that lost his gold, only to realize that the gold was given to two giants named the McDonald's Brothers.

Go to a fabric shop. The tapes there are made for use by tailors/seamstresses.

Same.  I think I caught something from my nephews.
