Pain meds tend to not help me. I don't get relief and then just end up with a wicked headache afterwards. I get offered them all the time and turn them down.

Nobody has called, so it must not be bad. Personalle think the real problem is higher up, like shoulder or head/kneck.

Go natural. Soak in an epsom salt bath and try applying Arnica cream. This gives an overview of what it's about. It's worth a shot. http://www.ehow.com/about_5037570_arnica-cream.html
