Cold and full up

Full up meaning your sinuses?  I have really BIG sinuses and am often congested!   :nerdy:

Lot's of pain. Strengthening my core to help with my back excaberbates my Celiac Artery Compression Syndrome. I can feel constant fluttering in my upper abdomen, likiely from the restricted blood flow. To top it off, headaches on left side are getting more intense and i have felt numbness in the left side of my face and temporarily lost hearing in my left ear. What fun! :thumbdn:

Is there anything you can do about the Celiac Artery Compression Syndrome?

Stressed and conflicted. A lot of good stuff, but a lot of stressful stuff as well.

Like my head is stuffed with cotton wool.
I came home last night feeling drunk because I was so overloaded (and I hadn't had a drop of alcohol (and I don't think I'd pushed myself enough/experienced enough sensory input to reasonably get to that point); woke up feeling groggy, fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon, and now... cotton wool for a brain.

Are you sick then, or maybe just run down?   :-\
