When we visited New Orleans I would occasionally play with a girl a couple of houses down from my aunt's.  Martha was slow and had no one to play with.  I read today that she died.  I hadn't had any contact with her for over 50, but I often thought of her.  So, sad that she's gone, and ashamed that I didn't try to contact her over the years.

She probably remembered you, though, as being someone nice who would play with her when others wouldn't.

@QV  i felt quite sad reading about your friend, Martha.  Yes i am sure she
remembered you as someone nice.  It makes me sad to think of kids not
having anyone to play with.  I'm glad you were nice to her.

Yeah I hate that. Last time it happened to me I was lucky that someone got off at the stop I was meant to get off at and I realised. I hope you find your way easily.

I feel shitty, I have blown my nose so many times. :sick:
