Neck and head are killing me. Neck can't support head for some reason. Probably a new nerve issue as I've never felt this before. PT in the morning, so I suppose I'll have them look at it.

Did some manual traction and a lot of electrostimulation. Felt better at the time although still weak, but the relief didn't last. Oh well. No time to mope.
