Thats not a size ideally suited for half servings. They put the stuff in pots so you can eat it all in one go and dump the rubbish in the bin after:P

Don't think I've ever bought one of those and NOT eaten the lot.
I rather like those big greek yoghurt pots, stir in a bit of honey and  you have a tasty snack.

I like greek yoghurt and honey too, actually it's "Balkan style" which is slightly lighter and less creamy. I have it most weekday mornings.

Am fried and headachey again. Seems to be a theme.
