  Better.  Like, much better.  I've worked around my self-destructive emotional reactions
   and am thinking of constructive solutions to the problems.  For me, that's a big change.  :nerdy:

A little dizzy from trying to keep up with CBC. Just recovering from food poisoning and a deep cavity filling so a little out of sorts too. And now I will take a nap....
