I found the same issue with the evening shift.  I get home  at 11-11:30pm, and it takes me awhile to wind my brain down to sleep mode.   :GA:

Sore, my ribs along the right side got whacked when I fell onto a 2X4 as a step ladder collapsed beneath me.  (could have been worse).  My right knee is sore after CPR class.  My back is sore for no good reason and my shoulders are still a tad stiff and sore from the hike we did on Katahdin.  Tune in tomorrow for the continuing saga of "This OLD carcass".
