Add a few more ingredients to your whiskey and make it a hot toddy. My great grandmother swore by it for a cold. http://www.food.com/recipe/dr-pats-hot-toddy-cold-remedy-234344

Currently feeling happy but also trying to figure out some rumblings in my head of changes I need to make. Now to figure out how.

You could use some other hard liquor if you do not want to offer the whisky to this, of course.

Tired and a bit annoyed. That tiny cycling trip should have been less demanding. Partly can blame the bike, but only partly.
