Not well at all. Back is in awful shape. Right knee is so bad they want to replace it now that I once again have no ACL. DONE BEEN DEALING WITH A DAMN HEADACHE FOR THE OAST 36+ HOURS. MY left knee is getting worse by the day as I overcomensate for the right knee. The nerve damage in my lowere back is causing numbness and pain down my legs, mostly the left, such that my butt cheeks are constantly in pain. In addition, my unit is often super "itchy" and in need of attention that is not available, but also somewhat numb making solo a useless attempt to address it, especially with both arms so weak I can't meet stamina needs. Beleive me, you don't want to be tantric when you just wanna knock one out and get that "itchy" numbness to go awy for a bit.

Don't know which, hopefully just a cold...that normally just hangs around for a week. I would like 1 more good month before the leaves start falling and my fall allergies start.

Tired. Had tickets to a live online screening of a documentary by a psychologist that I admire but the program didn't even begin until 10:30pm my time. Went to bed at 2am and then had to get up with the sun.

Around 6:50 am or so? It wasn't fully bright when I was up around then.
