Just be careful that you don't develop gout, odeon.   PA says it's right up there with kidney stones as far as pain.  It's now also gone into his heel.  Because he has some kidney function impairment, flushing the purines out isn't an option.  He's now in a 13 (European size 47) extra wide shoe. 

So, limited protein and water, no alcohol......

Tired, ass and lower back are a bit sore from a morning of near straight 4 1/2 hours of driving from my in-laws to home.

A lot better. Ate the first regular amount of food during dinner since a long time. And it felt good. Intestines did not complain. Joints are behaving better too.
