It is her FIRST job, but, it's part time at Mcdonalds.   So she will finally be earning her own money.  It's a step in the right direction, She will get out of the house and put into practice her social skills and start building up experience in the real world.  She's looking forward to it as well.  I did many a scut job before I found my calling.   8)
