Better. Vaguely worried.

What's up?

I think my subconscious is working against me. I'm having fun at work so my subconscious is coming up with ways to punish me.

Lol...need us to beat it up?

Things will not always be good, they will not always be bad....they change...up and down...and we tread on. You can enjoy the good times knowing they will change one day. Like the weather...you wouldn't sit indoors and pout at the nice weather because you had an inkling that perhaps winter was coming... you'd enjoy it, go to the park, get icecream or something. Then when winter came you'd bundle up and think about warmer times.

So enjoy your days!
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Any chance telling your subconscious that work is not the torture it used to be?
Maybe by making visible changes, like a different colour cup for coffee, and placing stuff differently, to tell all your senses that the old days are over?

(When my ex moved out, I changed how the contents in my kitchen cupboards were placed, so that every morning I would get somewhat startled, but also very aware that my life had changed. My way of telling my subconscious that things were different.)

Guilt is interesting. The old position, it was entirely yours and you owned it, a duty and responsibility, an accountability. It might take some time.

A bit worried.

So many worriers today...kind of make me worry....what's up?

Immigration difficulties.

It is interesting, isn't it? I understand all this, but a part of my brain isn't playing along yet.

It speaks to a sense of dedication and maybe even a sense of identity. Irrational guilt, but still somewhat honorable when considering the why of the matter.
