I do believe I'm getting sick with a cough ick...the nasty hacking kind...despite this, I'm actually optimistic just reveling in the wonderful speech of the PM of Israel and needed a tissue or 10 for more then just the cold I have...It was good...Love wins out in the end, and for that I am thankful...

Good that you got this far though.

Always liked being independent of mental health help, but I'm glad that it is there, when I need it again. I'm now in a kind of "weaning off" course. In between from mental health center and coping on my own. It is quite practical, in dealing with stress and finding my ways to recuperate in such a way that it fits in in my life.

Disturbed by ISIS's video of the pilot Moath al-Kasasbeh's execution.

It was awful. I cannot get the image of him falling to his knees out of my mind.

I no longer like video games. :(

I think if I heard anyone consider joining ISIS everything would go red and I would just start punching them.

Yeah that is what I wonder; what do I do should I need help again. I really should have asked the psychologist in the last session. I still have my psychiatrist who I see twice a year so that's something. And of course my GP.

I just have been feeling violent of late...I just want to just go ape crazy on someone...it's no longer violence directed at myself, nor on those I love...but these fools who are bbq'ing people, beheading people just because they are gay, christian, different, women, men, kids, take your dang pick...I am so amp'ed up against evil it's not even funny...I fantasize about biting someone in the neck that does sick stuff like that and watching as they bleed out... :headhurts:
