They put me on steroids for my asthma for a week.

I am going to try some herbal remedies for asthma. Gonna get a pipe and smoke some Lobelia or Coltsfoot...whichever I can find first lol.
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Look up mullein...tried it once, it did seem to help.  Mine is normally very mild, hardly ever use an inhaler anymore, unless I get sick.  :P

Anxious.
Why?

I was waiting for a phone call from a doctor, so the call itself, the social aspect, the contents of that call, etc.

Relieved. Doctor took me serious. Time to go to the pharmacist and pick up some high dosage diclofenac.
No one should leave this bovine behind in the fields for birds of prey now.

Ah, I'm on that also.

I was too, but it didn't help me much. They gave me something called Orudis instead.

Have they tested you for the fifth disease? In adults the symptoms can be pain in the small joints (fingers and toes). It's harmless, as long as you are not pregnant, but a bloody nuisance. Effects will lessen over time, but can pop up again, now and then, out of the blue.

I didn't know it could present without a rash. :-\

I suspect a rheumatologist would have thought about it, though. He suspects I may have psoriatic arthritis.

Feeling sleepy. I slept for a while, just now.

Yes, it can come without a rash.
And it hurts a lot.

Had it a few years ago. First a few days under the weather and feverish. A while after that my fingers and toes started aching, took a few months, before it was gone, for me. For some it takes way longer.

Did not think about it again, till last week, it suddenly was back for a day, not very strong, but every small joint did ache, and felt swollen. Sometimes it is just back, for one or two days. When it happened last week, I thought of you.

Look at the average age, of people writing about doctors. It explains a lot, alas.

My kid brought this home, he's in cyber school...but he still has to visit his friend who isn't and bring me all the latest diseases at the start of school. :GA:

Some kind of nasty respiratory bug this year.
