Sad.  Someone who is inspiring me is leaving the internet for a while to do some emotional repair and thinking.  Understandable, but saddening (for me) at the same time.

If you're suffering from outside allergies, cover your hair and wear some type of a light coat.  When you get inside take them off and you won't be breathing the pollen.  Similarly each night wash your hair to keep the pollen from your pillows.

It's because I'm in denial that I'm developing lactose intolerance and still eat ice cream on occasion.
