I had one of those sudden onset headaches last night and went to bed the earliest I have been for ages.  This morning I am full of beanz.  No headache, not even if i shake my nugget to Banana's in Pyjama's  Whoooopeeee!  I just needed sleep.

Quite relaxed, but with a headache that could go either way today, disappear, or become a huge one.
Few sore muscles in my back from working yesterday. But that's OK. It was a good day.
